The truth told straight through the mind of an addict.  A glimpse into this perplexing and powerful disease of addiction. Tina Ruysseveldt draws on her own battle with alcoholism, and her decades of  experience working  as a Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit caring for people with addictions.  It is with sharing the raw truth of her lived experiences with the disease that Tina brings insights and knowledge to  help bring awareness, guide compassion and shift perspectives of those not afflicted with the disease.  What the disease process really involves and how it is only with insightful knowledge can we begin to break down barriers around addictions and improve support and care.
